Kaimukī High School / SEEQS / ‘Iolani School

  • 19 invasive fish removed, 44 natives returned (69% native, wow!)

  • 700 lbs of trash removed

  • 20+ truck bed loads of green waste

  • Native ‘ae‘ae and ‘ākulikuli planted

  • Kyo-ya served 250 chili-dog, rice and corn

  • Music by Butterside Down and the Kaimuki High School Band was enjoyed by all

  • Kahi Kai, Department of Land and Natural Resources, and Pūko‘a Organics shared their knowledge

  • Special thanks to the Honolulu Police Department for additional security

  • Special thanks to City Mill, Home Depot, and the City and County of Honolulu for supplies

Kālua Road Bridge: Adopt - A - Stream - Trees to Seas

  • 200 lbs of trash removed

*Ali'iolani Elementary / Jarrett Middle School / KA‘I Program/ City and County of Honolulu

  • 80 storm drains marked

  • 5 bags of trash removed

  • Weeds cleared and ti planted

Pālolo Elementary / Mele Murals

  • A community supported mural painted

  • Special thanks to Honu‘apo, Ritchie and Sunny Mudd, and City Mill for supplies

  • 32 cubic yards of human waste

  • .75 miles of stream cleaned

8:30 - 11:00 am   Choose a clean up station - increase flow, remove trash, replace invasives

11:00 - 1:30pm    Hālau Kū Māna PCS - food, music, activities

What to bring - Long sleeve t-shirt, gloves and tools, bug repellent and reef safe sunscreen, water bottle, snacks, and close-toed shoes
